All dishes £15 per person
Fried chicken or crispy cauliflower tossed in Korean gochujang glaze.
Served with sticky rice, stir-fried vegetables, sesame seeds, spring onion & fresh chilli.
Tempura-battered white fish fillet in a brioche bun with lime slaw & sriracha mayo.
Served with skin-on fries.
Veggie: Southern-fried halloumi burger with slaw & sweet chilli.
Fried chicken strips over skin-on fries, with garlic mayo, chilli drizzle, crispy onions, pickled jalapeños & lettuce.
Veggie: Fried aubergine or cauliflower.
Tandoori-spiced chicken in flatbread with mint yoghurt, mango chutney & slaw.
Served with masala fries.
Veggie: Fried paneer or tandoori cauliflower.
Grilled chicken gyros in flatbread with tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, red onion & optional feta.
Served with fries & pickled red cabbage.
Veggie: Halloumi or crispy falafel.

£500 trailer hire fee
£200 per staff member (min. 2 staff)
Travel charged at 35p per mile or £30 if with in 10 miles
Cutlery (if required): +£1.25 per guest
